Refunds & Returns
We are committed to providing quality products at expectational prices and want you to be 100% satisfied with everything you purchase from us. Should you wish to return an item you have bought, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be advised that the items must meet the following conditions before a refund is issued:
• Contact us immediately, citing your order number and intention to return or exchange the goods.
• You return the products within 14 days of purchase.
• Products must be in its original purchase condition, packaging must be unopened, unused, and unmarked.
Unless the products are faulty or damaged, the cost of return postage will not be refunded.

Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage when returning items. Proof of postage does not cost anything but without it we may not be able to process your refund or replacement in the rare event that your item is lost in transit.
We will refund you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. If you request a replacement and the product is no longer in stock w will process a refund back to the original account used to purchase the item.
For all orders, our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
