EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day after you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), receives the goods. If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the withdrawal period begins on the day after the final item is received.

Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

If you have a Sofnfree Naturals customer account, you can submit your withdrawal request using the withdrawal function within your account.

If you checked out as a guest, you can submit your withdrawal request using the withdrawal option available on our website.

You may also complete our EU Withdrawal Form, which can be accessed via the link in our website footer.

Once your withdrawal request has been submitted, you will receive confirmation by email.

Returning Your Goods

After notifying us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you must return the goods within 14 days.

Unless we have agreed to cover these costs, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods where you are exercising your right of withdrawal because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights if your goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Refunds

Where you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, certain products are exempt from the right of withdrawal. This includes sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken after delivery.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used or where any protective seal has been removed, unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights if the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Should you wish to return an item you have bought, please email us at info@sofnfreenaturals.com. Please be advised that the items must meet the following conditions before a refund is issued:

• Contact us immediately, citing your order number and intention to return or exchange the goods.
• You return the products within 14 days of purchase.
• Products must be in its original purchase condition, packaging must be unopened, unused, and unmarked.

Unless the products are faulty or damaged, the cost of return postage will not be refunded.

Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage when returning items. Proof of postage does not cost anything but without it we may not be able to process your refund or replacement in the rare event that your item is lost in transit.

We will refund you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. If you request a replacement and the product is no longer in stock w will process a refund back to the original account used to purchase the item.

For all orders, our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
