EU Customs Duty Information

From 1 July 2026, the European Union introduced a €3 customs duty on certain goods imported into the EU from countries outside the European Union.

For eligible orders valued at under €150, this duty is applied per customs product category, rather than per individual item.

• If your order contains multiple products within the same customs category, the €3 duty is charged once.

• If your order contains products across different customs categories, a separate €3 duty will apply to each category.

This duty is not collected by Sofnfree Naturals and will not be included in the amount you pay at checkout. If the duty applies to your order, the courier will collect it directly from you when your parcel arrives.

This customs duty is required under EU customs regulations and is not a charge set by Sofnfree Naturals.
